Bob Felix was born with a passion for exploring the unknown. His early childhood out-of-body experiences led to a thirty-five year association with The Monroe Institute (TMI) and Robert Monroe, who became a mentor and friend. Throughout this time, Bob studied the use of sound for achieving profound states of consciousness, pioneered by Monroe, and used these techniques to advance his own spiritual development. After Monroe’s death in 1995, Bob continued his association with TMI, providing consulting services and eventually serving as corporate officer and member of the Board of Directors of Monroe Products, overseeing the areas of audio/systems engineering, production and business systems development.
One of the most ambitious of his projects was the Hemi-Sync Support for Journeys Out of the Body CD series. The project took over three years to complete and is more of what Bob calls a "work of love" rather than a commercial product.
Bob holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, where in three years he completed studies in Computer Science and Mathematics as well as Psychology, Philosophy, Phenomenology and Linguistics. Bob is the founder of several successful organizations and has provided business and technical consulting services to many high profile individuals, Fortune 500 companies, major universities and State and U.S. government agencies.
