Workshop Structure

The Sound Healing Workshop opens with a period of introductions and orientation. Video sessions to help you prepare a foundation for the course, including pranic breathing practice, will be available for immediate viewing.

Beginning with the Teaching of the First Sacred Syllable, successive sessions will become available every Tuesday and Saturday for the duration of the workshop, to allow you time to practice each syllable in sequence. In the Final sessions, developing a personal practice with all of the Five Warrior Seed Syllables will be presented.

Sessions will become available at noon, in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone. (Click here for a time zone converter)

Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche will provide guidance to workshop participants through a dedicated course facilitator, and all teaching videos can be viewed as often as desired, for the entire duration of the course.

The course website is very simple and is easy to use. Should you have any questions, our friendly technical support will be happy to help. New to learning over the internet? See what graduates of other Glidewing Workshops have to say about our online format:

"I very much liked the concept of the innovative 21st century online school, with students all across the globe and from many cultures. You can do the course work at the best time for you. If you have problems or questions the course facilitators get back to you quickly. There is a Forum for discussions with fellow students and course facilitators."  Chris, Australia

"Initially I was apprehensive about learning online, now I prefer it to attending a conference or structured event. The video clips are short and to the point, making the format conducive to learning. The facilitators are attentive and helpful. I was very pleased with the entire program. Again thanks!"  Pamela, USA, NE

"I think the online format in a way is ideal. A necessary momentum is build up within the group and still we practice individually according to our schedules."  J.K., Denmark

"...what a joy to work online and not to have to travel, and of course keep the cost down!" Margo, Australia
